Booking Deposit Policy
To secure all appointments at BearBeauty Salon, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Please note:
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up.
- Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
- No-call/no-show appointments will require a new deposit before booking again.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation, depending on scheduling.
We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Deposits help us protect our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.
